Safety First: You agree to follow all safety instructions provided on our product labels and website (e.g., trimming the wick, never leaving a burning candle unattended, keeping away from drafts, pets, and children).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorized discounts, or inventory errors.
5. Shipping & Returns

Damages: If your candles arrive broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 Hrs of delivery with photographic proof for a replacement or refund.

Returns: Unused and unlit candles in their original packaging can be returned within 3 Days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
